AI Training & Knowledge Base
Feed business context into every AI feature. The Knowledge Base trains PixlSEO's AI on your client's brand voice, services, and expertise — improving blog generation, SEO tasks, press releases, and GBP posts.
What Is AI Training?
AI Training is a per-client knowledge base that gives PixlSEO's AI deep context about your client's business. When the AI generates content, it draws from this knowledge base to produce accurate, on-brand material.

Configuring the Knowledge Base
Set up the knowledge base with:
• Business Name — Official business name for consistent branding • Business URL — Website for reference and context • Description — What the business does, its mission, and unique value proposition • Services — Detailed list of services/products offered • Service Areas — Geographic locations served • Tone — Preferred writing style (Professional, Friendly, Authoritative, Casual) • Knowledge Base Documents — Upload text files, PDFs, or paste content that the AI should reference
The more detail you provide, the better the AI content quality.
Bot Configuration
Customize the AI assistant appearance:
• Bot Name — Custom name for the AI assistant (e.g., "Sarah from ABC Dental") • Bot Image — Upload an avatar for the AI assistant • Creator — Attribution for the bot configuration
These settings affect the Scout AI chat interface and can be used in customer-facing applications.
Where AI Training Is Used
The knowledge base feeds into every AI feature:
• Blog Generation — Posts are written with accurate business details, services, and brand voice • Press Releases — Releases include proper company information and messaging • GBP Posts — Google Business Profile posts use consistent branding and offers • SEO Task Recommendations — AI insights reference your specific business context • Scout AI Chat — The AI assistant answers questions with client-specific knowledge • Prospect Reports — AI analysis includes relevant industry context
Knowledge Base Documents
Upload reference documents the AI should learn from:
• Service descriptions and brochures • Brand guidelines and style guides • FAQ documents • Product catalogs • Company history and about page content • Competitor analysis notes • Industry-specific terminology
Documents are processed and stored securely. The AI references them when generating content but never exposes raw document content.
