By accessing or using the PixlSEO platform ("Service"), operated by Aiso INC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixlSEO is an AI-powered search engine optimization platform that provides automated SEO auditing and deployment, content generation and publishing, keyword research, local search tracking, backlink monitoring, citation management, Google Business Profile integration, LLM visibility tracking, and AI-powered analytics. The Service is offered to agencies and businesses on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Agency administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization

5. AI-Generated Content

PixlSEO generates content using artificial intelligence, including blog posts, press releases, meta descriptions, and GBP posts. You retain full rights to AI-generated content created for your business. However, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and we recommend reviewing content before publication where applicable. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors or achieve specific outcomes.

6. Automated Deployment

PixlSEO may automatically deploy SEO optimizations (meta tags, schema markup, heading restructuring, alt text) to your live website via our embed script. By installing the PixlSEO embed, you authorize these automated modifications. You may disable automated deployment at any time through the platform settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The PixlSEO platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Aiso INC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Mapbox. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

When you connect your Google account, you authorize us to access your data in accordance with the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the platform's integration settings.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Subscription and Billing

PixlSEO subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiso INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

SEO results, rankings, and analytics data are provided for informational purposes. While we actively deploy optimizations, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
