Client Settings
Configure everything about your client — from branding and location to website integrations and social profiles. Client Settings uses a builder-style layout with icon sidebar navigation.
Branding & Logo
Upload a client logo that appears throughout the platform — in the sidebar, reports, and widgets.
• Upload any image format (PNG, JPG, SVG) • Set a custom background color for the logo container • Define a name abbreviation that displays when no logo is available • Logo is automatically used in whitelabel reports and blog widgets
Location Settings
Set your client's physical location with precision:
• Google Places Autocomplete — Start typing an address and select from suggestions • GPS Coordinates — Latitude and longitude are auto-filled from the address or can be set manually • Interactive Map Preview — See the exact pin location on an embedded map • Address Fields — Street, city, state, postal code, and country are parsed automatically
Location data powers the Local Grid search feature and GBP management tools.
Online Presence
Manage all of your client's online touchpoints in one place:
• Website URL — The primary domain used for audits, rank tracking, and indexing • Google Maps Link — Direct link to the client's Google Maps listing • Phone Number — Primary business phone, used in citations and call tracking • Social Profiles — Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter URLs • Business Description — A brief description used in AI content generation and GBP posts
WordPress Integration
Connect your client's WordPress site for direct blog deployment:
1. Generate an Application Password in WordPress (Users → Profile → Application Passwords) 2. Enter the WordPress site URL, username, and application password in PixlSEO 3. Test the connection to verify access
Once connected, you can publish blog posts directly from the PixlSEO content editor to the client's WordPress site. Posts are created with proper categories, featured images, and SEO metadata.
