Reporting & Client Reports

PixlSEO offers several report types:

• SEO Audit Report — Technical health assessment with scores and recommendations • Client Report — Monthly/quarterly progress report with analytics, rankings, and completed work • Prospect Report — AI-generated analysis for pitching new clients

All reports are white-labeled with your agency's branding, logo, and colors.

To create a report:

1. Navigate to Tools → Reports 2. Select the report type 3. Choose the data period and sections to include 4. Generate the report 5. Share via public link or download

Reports pull live data from audits, rankings, analytics, and other platform features automatically.

Reports can be shared in multiple ways:

• Public Link — Generate a shareable URL that clients can view without logging in • Dashboard View — Clients with platform access can view reports in their dashboard • PDF Export — Download for email attachments or presentations

Report views are tracked so you know when clients access them.

Reports automatically include your agency branding:

• Agency logo and name • Custom color scheme • Agency contact information • Custom domain URL (if configured)

Clients see your agency brand throughout the report with no PixlSEO branding visible (when "Hide Powered By" is enabled).
