Agency Setup & Configuration
Set up your agency account with custom branding, team roles, whitelabel domain, and client management settings.
Agency Basics
Your agency is the top-level entity in PixlSEO. It contains your team members, client accounts, branding settings, and subscription.
To configure your agency, navigate to Settings → Agency. Here you can update your agency name, logo, contact information, and social media links.
Whitelabel Branding
Make PixlSEO look like your own platform:
• Custom Logo — Upload header and sidebar logos (light and dark variants) • Brand Colors — Set primary, accent, tab, and subtab colors • Custom Domain — Point a subdomain (e.g., seo.youragency.com) to your whitelabel instance • Favicon — Upload a custom browser tab icon • Hide "Powered By" — Remove PixlSEO branding entirely
All client-facing reports and dashboards will display your agency branding.
Team Management
Manage team members under Admin → Team:
• Agency Admin — Full access to all clients, settings, and team management • Agency Member — Access to assigned clients only • Client User — Limited access scoped to specific clients
Invite new team members by email. They'll receive a login link and be assigned the appropriate role.
Custom Domain Setup
To use a custom domain:
1. Go to Settings → Agency → Whitelabel 2. Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., seo.youragency.com) 3. Add an A record in your DNS pointing to the provided IP address 4. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-30 minutes) 5. The platform will verify the DNS and activate your custom domain
Once active, your team and clients access the platform through your branded URL.
Outreach Email Domain
Configure a custom email domain for sending branded outreach emails:
1. Go to Settings → Agency → Outreach Domain 2. Enter your domain 3. Add the SPF and DKIM DNS records provided 4. Verify the domain
Once verified, all outreach emails will be sent from your custom domain instead of the default.
