Platform Overview

PixlSEO is a comprehensive SEO platform designed for agencies managing multiple clients. It combines technical SEO audits, rank tracking, AI content generation, local SEO tools, backlink analysis, call tracking, and client reporting into a single dashboard.

The platform is fully white-labeled, meaning agencies can customize branding, colors, and domains to present it as their own proprietary tool.

The platform uses a Builder Layout across all pages:

• Top Bar — Shows the active client, agency branding, and user menu • Icon Sidebar — Tab-based navigation for the current page sections • Main Content — Scrollable area with data, charts, and tools • Client Selector — Quick-switch between clients from the sidebar dropdown

The dashboard remembers your last active tab on each page (Section Memory), so you return right where you left off.

Tools — Call tracking, AI search visibility testing, automations, and reporting

Admin — Agency management, team members, whitelabel settings, and billing

Everything in PixlSEO is client-scoped. When you select an Active Client from the sidebar, all data, reports, and tools automatically show information for that client.

You can manage multiple clients and quickly switch between them. Each client has their own website URL, SEO data, content, and reports.

Agency administrators can add new clients, clone demo clients, and assign team members to specific client accounts.

Use the sidebar to navigate between major sections. Each page uses icon tabs for sub-sections.

The platform includes a Command Palette (Cmd/Ctrl + K) for quick navigation to any page or feature.

Recent Pages are tracked so you can quickly return to where you were working.
