Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is available to users with the platform admin role. It provides centralized management across all agencies and clients on the platform.

The admin interface uses a tabbed layout with sections for Users, Agencies, Clients, Activity Logs, Console Errors, and Notifications.

A Branch/Division system supports US and Canada operations with role-based access filtering.

Manage all platform users from a single interface:

• Create new user accounts with email and temporary password • Assign roles: Platform Admin, Agency Admin, or Agency Member • Assign users to agencies and clients • Suspend or reactivate user accounts • Reset passwords for locked-out users • Delete user accounts with cascade cleanup • View login history and last active timestamps

Create and manage agencies across the platform:

• Create new agencies with logo upload, contact info, and branch assignment • Edit agency details, branding, and metadata • Assign agencies to branches (US or Canada) • View client counts and team size per agency • Monitor agency activity and usage patterns

Comprehensive client administration:

• View all clients across all agencies with inline detail panels • Lock/unlock client status to prevent modifications • Clone demo clients — create pre-populated demo accounts for sales presentations • Cascade deletion — safely remove clients and all associated data • Bulk operations for client status updates

Monitor platform activity in real-time:

• Activity Logs — Track every user action across the platform with filters by type, user, and date range • Console Errors — Monitor client-side JavaScript errors with stack traces and user context • Page Visit Tracking — See which pages are most visited and by whom • Admin Notifications — System-level alerts for important events like new signups, failed payments, or security issues
