Team Management

The Team Management panel in the Agency section lets you control who has access to your agency and what they can do.

Each team member has: • A role (Admin or Member) • Assigned clients they can view and manage • Access to features based on their role level

PixlSEO supports two agency-level roles:

• Agency Admin — Full access to all clients, team management, billing, whitelabel settings, and agency profile. Can add/remove team members and manage client assignments. • Agency Member — Access only to assigned clients. Can run audits, generate content, view reports, and manage SEO tasks for their assigned clients.

Admins have access to the full Agency panel including prospects, email templates, and daily digest.

To add a new team member:

1. Navigate to Agency → Team 2. Click "Add Member" 3. Enter the user's email address 4. Select their role (Admin or Member) 5. Assign clients they should have access to

The user will receive an invitation email. If they already have a PixlSEO account, they'll be linked immediately. New users will be prompted to create an account.

Control which clients each team member can access:

• Assign multiple clients to a single team member • View assignment counts per team member • Bulk assign/unassign clients • Agency Admins always have access to all clients regardless of assignments

Client assignments affect what data team members see in their dashboard, sidebar, and all feature tools.

From the Team panel you can:

• View all team members with their roles and assignment counts • Edit roles — promote Members to Admin or demote Admins • Update client assignments • Remove team members from the agency • View last login and activity status for each member
