Whitelabel & Custom Domain

The whitelabel system allows agencies to fully rebrand the PixlSEO platform as their own. Clients logging into your custom domain will see your agency's branding throughout the entire interface.

Whitelabel settings are found under Agency → Whitelabel.

Customize the platform color scheme to match your agency brand:

• Primary Color — Main accent used for buttons, links, and highlights • Tab Color — Navigation tab background colors • Subtab Color — Secondary navigation styling • Accent Color — Used for badges, alerts, and secondary elements • Accent 2 Color — Additional accent for variety • Notice Color — Color for notifications and alerts

Each color supports separate light and dark mode values, ensuring your branding looks great in both themes.

Upload multiple logo variations for different contexts:

• Header Logo (Light Mode) — Displayed in the top navigation on light backgrounds • Header Logo (Dark Mode) — Displayed in the top navigation on dark backgrounds • Favicon — Browser tab icon (recommended: 32×32 PNG) • Header Icon — Small icon used in compact sidebar views

All logos should be PNG or SVG format with transparent backgrounds for best results.

Every agency gets a free subdomain on the PixlSEO platform:

• Choose your subdomain: youragency.pixlseo.com • Instant activation — no DNS configuration needed • SSL certificate automatically provisioned • Share this URL with clients for immediate branded access

For full branding control, connect your own domain:

1. Enter your desired custom domain (e.g., app.youragency.com) 2. Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to the provided target 3. Click "Verify Domain" to confirm DNS propagation 4. SSL certificate is automatically provisioned once verified

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours, but typically completes within minutes.

Customize how your whitelabeled platform appears when shared on social media:

• OG Title — The title shown in social previews • OG Description — The description shown in link previews • OG Image — Custom social sharing image

These settings apply to the login page and any publicly shared reports.
