Dashboard & User Settings

The PixlSEO dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a high-level snapshot of your SEO performance across all connected clients.

Key components include:

• KPI Stat Cards — Domain Authority, total backlinks, indexed pages, and audit scores at a glance • Domain Metrics Charts — Historical trend lines for DA, linking domains, and spam score over time • Recent Activity Feed — A live stream of platform actions: audits completed, blogs published, reports generated, and more • Quick Actions — One-click access to run audits, generate content, or check rankings

Access your profile from the user menu in the top-right corner. Here you can:

• Update your display name and phone number • Upload or change your avatar image • Update your email address • Set email notification preferences by category (audits, blogs, reports, team updates)

All profile changes are saved immediately and synced across all devices.

PixlSEO enforces strong password requirements to keep your account secure:

• Minimum 8 characters • At least one uppercase letter • At least one lowercase letter • At least one number • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

You can change your password at any time from the User Settings panel. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to receive a reset email.

PixlSEO supports both in-app and email notifications. You can configure preferences for each category independently:

• Audit Notifications — When audits complete or scores change significantly • Blog Notifications — When posts are published, scheduled, or fail to deploy • Report Notifications — When reports are generated or shared • Team Notifications — When team members are added, removed, or roles change • Activity Feed — Control which actions appear in your dashboard feed

Toggle each category on/off to customize your notification experience.

PixlSEO supports both dark mode and light mode with per-user persistence. Your theme preference is saved to your profile and applied automatically on every login.

Toggle between themes using the sun/moon icon in the top navigation bar. The entire interface — including charts, cards, and modals — adapts to your chosen theme.
